Globavend Holdings Completes 70% Acquisition of Loomi Entertainment Group; Founder Sharon Tse Appointed CEO of Loomi Group

Loomi Entertainment Group today announced the completion of NASDAQ-listed Globavend Holdings Limited's acquisition of a 70% equity interest in the company as part of Globavend's strategic expansion into the digital entertainment industry.

As part of the acquisition, Loomi Entertainment Group's founder, Ms. Sharon Tse, will also be appointed Chief Executive Officer of Loomi Group, the digital entertainment operating arm of Globavend Holdings Limited, while taking on a key leadership role shaping the strategic direction of the listed entity.

Sharon Tse is a visionary tech innovator and executive leader specializing in the convergence of Artificial Intelligence, entertainment, and global capital markets. With a career defined by building high-scale digital ecosystems, Sharon was a pioneer in the movie ticketing industry, where she led the digital transformation of consumer access. She has since transitioned that expertise into the frontier of Entertainment AI, leading multi-disciplinary teams to build scalable intelligence platforms that redefine user engagement.

A recipient of the 2025 “Executive of the Year (Technology)” award, Sharon is recognized for her ability to architect complex tech solutions and lead global teams toward aggressive, goal-shattering milestones. As Chief Executive Officer of Loomi Group, Sharon Tse will lead the company's global strategy, operations and expansions of the Company's digital entertainment business.
